Our total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed USD $10.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Video Speed Controller regarding the use of the Service, superseding any prior agreements.
